HOW TO:

On clean lashes brush trhough the bottom and work upwards and out. Repeat coating lashes as needed for more dramatic look.

 

To remove, wet cotton pad with natural makeup removing oil, and with closed eyes gently sweep downward over eyelids and lashes.
